Can I check a sample before selling?
Send the product code, size and sample destination using the form below. Lumi Printful will confirm the specification, sample cost and shipping before you decide.
What is included in the listed price?
Displayed prices are product list prices. Confirm the configuration, size, volume, shipping and any additional charges before ordering. Do not assume every listed price includes shipping.
How do I send you orders?
Three ways: call our API from your store (with documentation and your own API key), upload an Excel file, or create orders by hand in your dashboard.
How do I pay?
Top up your wallet by bank transfer in USD or VND. Each order is charged at your price list; if the wallet runs out, orders wait until you top up.
What print files do you need?
A link to the original image, at least 2,500 px on the long side. Every file is checked; files that do not pass are sent back with the reason.
How long until my customer gets the order?
Production timing is confirmed for each product. The configured shipping range is 5–15 days. Check the selected product and shipping service before ordering. Carrier tracking is provided.
Where do I track orders?
In your dashboard: progress of every piece, tracking number and journey. Your system also gets updates by webhook.
What if a sample or order has an issue?
Send the order reference and photos of the issue through support. Agree on sample acceptance and defect-handling terms before production; free remakes should not be assumed for every situation.
